In her book, "Under An Ionized Sky" Author, Elana Freeland suggested that the dumping of iron sulfate particulates off the coast of BC served to quicken " the alpha-penene in plankton to increase a biogenic aerosol reaction to magnify cloud mass.... The resulting 10,000 square kilometers of phytoplankton blooms could be seen from space, along with significant cloud mass."
