Geoengineering seems to have made it’s way to the top of alternative news outlets. Wild videos went viral and even top news reporters like
Infowars picked up on them. Messed up the information calling cloud seeding chemtrails which is a completely incorrect term for this action. While pilots collecting top $$ for doing nothing just waiting for the order to take off and do their job the real geoengineering activists were made look bad when these videos took off. I don’t know about you but we believe this is counterproductive and won’t help us to stop more geoengineering projects like the ETC Group was able to not long ago.

Legislation and bills. Will they work?

Great to see that there is groups and members of parties - in AB the new Conservative Party are seeing an opportunity to put some legislation in place just like they did in Tennessee and several other states in the US. Many of you know that Tennessee and now Florida have passed their bills. But will they work? The Tennessee bill forbids

the “intentional injection, release, or dispersion, by any means, of chemicals, chemical compounds, substances, or apparatus within the borders of this state into the atmosphere with the express purpose of affecting temperature, weather, or the intensity of the sunlight.”

How do we know it’s intentional - we certainly know it is but… how do we prove it and how can we enforce it? One of the main perpetrators is the military. Are we going to get them to take down an airplane flying over the state or in our case the province? As long as the overhead aviation and the heavy metal infused jet fuel is still in place no bill or change in legislation will stop them form knowingly and accidental geoengineering. Before any of this can happen, we must understand the geoengineers, their projects and what these guys are up to.

Tennessee Says It Can't Enforce 'Chemtrail' Ban Because Federal 'Clean Air Act' Enforced by FAA Won't Let Them

Tennessee authorities are claiming they can’t enforce recently passed legislation in their state that prohibits geoengineering practices involving the release of chemicals into the sky, what some call “chemtrails,” because the state doesn’t have jurisdiction.

Here in Canada there is a Clean Air Agenda in place. It’s not an act yet but they may easily change that. Let’s see if anything will happen after the (fraudulent) federal elections in Canada.

Federally, the environment is protected through several pieces of legislation, including the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, the Species at Risk Act, the Fisheries Act and the Navigable Waters Protection Act. Provincially and territorially, there is also environmental protection legislation and regulations associated with air quality/emissions, water quality and wastewater disposal, and habitat protection. Proponents will be required to obtain necessary permits and approvals prior to construction and operation. These controls help to mitigate any significant adverse impacts arising from the proposed projects. In addition, monitoring and reporting mechanisms are used where possible depending on the nature of the actions being taken.

GFC just recently called to rally against a conference held in Ottawa on February 27th - Carbon Removal Day. There is several CO2 removal projects and facilities in BC and Alberta we can go and protest.
